Puff Beads, Puff Clasps, and Puff Earrings originated with the idea of

        constructing a cube and inflating it into a sphere-Puffed Cubes, Puff for short.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

               

The Puff Beads are constructed of six curved square panels, connected at their corners. Four panels are pattern-matched mokume, so there are four symmetrical patterns where their edges meet. The remaining two sides are either solid colored gold panels, or pave' diamonds.
